This information is collected through membership forms, telephone and our website. Occasionally, information is also collected in person at special events. When you take action using our Petition Form: If you choose to take action on one or more of our many issues and you enter your name and address on an online petition you are agreeing to make this information public. Your email address may be used for verification purposes.
Log files
Oakvillegreen collects and uses the information contained within an automatically generated log of all traffic on our web site. The information collected includes IP addresses, browser types, page views. We use this information in an aggregate form to calculate overall site traffic patterns, to analyze user trends, and to administer the web site. Individual traffic patterns will not be disclosed to any third party.
